About the Job OTR - coast to coast, teams, refrigerated load - no touch. 2 weeks out , 1 week home. 3k miles weekly guarantee. .starting with 50 CPM for new students, (after completing training) 60-65 CPM for experienced drivers. Benefits after 3 months. We are a second chance company helping good people become great drivers. We hire brand new drivers right out of CDL schools and create professional drivers.
