About the Job
We are seeking a Class A Drivers Wanted immediately to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Looking for Team Drivers. please call for more information. (0.60-0.70 Cpm)
Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
Load and unload cargo
Properly track and document activity log
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Inspect truck before and after trip

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

A typical day as an OTR dry van driver starts early with a thorough pre-trip inspection of your tractor and enclosed trailer. You hit the interstate and cover 450 to 550 miles, stopping for fuel, meals, and mandated 30-minute breaks. Much of your day is spent on the open highway, managing your Hours of Service log and communicating with dispatch about your next load. At the end of your shift you park at a truck stop or rest area, settle into the sleeper berth, and prepare for another day on the road.
