Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college preferred.
Hold or obtain New Jersey Department of Education Student Transportation Certification or equivalent.
Possess a valid New Jersey driver's license, (CDL) with P and S endorsements preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in school transportation preferred.
Knowledge of state laws and regulations governing school bus operation and understand state record keeping mandates to maintain compliance.
Demonstrated skills in route scheduling, fleet maintenance requirements and cost containment efficiencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, State reporting systems (e.g., DRTRS), and transportation management software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, administrators, parents, and the community.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal residency.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary ranging from $70,000 - $89,000
Full-time staff eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits
