Our delivery drivers will be operating by delivering to local residents and businesses. You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 49 Davidson Ln New Castle, DE 19720. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! We are now accepting applications for full-time and part-time delivery drivers! Pay: $1.23 per stop (Averaging $145-$180 per day) Benefits: Weekly paycheck Paid training - $120 per day Health & Vision Insurance after 90 days Opportunities for Safety Bonuses Safety-focused company culture Company provided uniforms Schedule: Full Time: Monday - Saturday OR Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday Part Time: 2-3 days per week between Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Hours: 9AM - Delivery Completion What makes this job so desirable: Stay Active: You will deliver on average 120-150 stops per day. Responsibilities: Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accurately Scanning and logging packages Requirements: Drivers must be 21 years of age or older Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report Drivers must be willing to submit to a background check Drivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 150 lbs Drivers must be able to work in all weather conditions Drivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER) No CDL required!
