What We’re Looking For Licensing: Valid Class A CDL. Safety Record: A clean driving record with no DUI/DWI or alcohol-related incidents in the last 5 years. Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Drive: The energy to thrive in a fast-paced, active local driving environment. Schedule, Equipment, and Pay Home Daily: Work a stable Monday through Friday or Tuesday though Saturday schedule, ensuring you are home every night to spend time with your family. Regional Routes: Drive local and regional routes across the Midwest, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Modern Fleet: Stay safe and comfortable on the road with our top-tier, reliable equipment, with all trucks under 5 years old. Predictable Pay: Earn a highly competitive biweekly average of $3,710.00. A Day in the Life
A typical day as a regional driver starts at your home terminal, where you pick up a loaded trailer and head out on a familiar route. You cover two to four hundred miles within your region, making scheduled pickups and deliveries. Because the territory is defined, you learn the best routes, fuel stops, and rest areas over time. Most regional drivers are home every week or every other week, which offers a solid balance between miles and personal time.
