Summary WSW Logistics is hiring a Day Yard Spotter with a valid Class A CDL to support local yard operations in Green Bay, WI. What Makes This Opportunity Different This home-daily position offers the steady schedule and dependable home time that drivers appreciate, along with the support of a team that values quality, accountability, and strong work standards. Responsibilities Move and shuttle trailers between docks and drop lots within a local 5-mile radius. Support yard and dock operations to keep freight moving efficiently. Follow all company and DOT safety procedures. Maintain a professional, safety first approach. Schedule Day shift: 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule. Local work within a 5-mile radius. Compensation Starting pay: $26.50 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours. Time in a half for all Sunday hours. Benefits Medical coverage with 80% of the premium paid by the company. 401(k) with up to a 4% company match. 80 hours of paid vacation plus 10 paid holidays, available starting day one. Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance at no cost. Company contribution toward gym memberships, with the amount varying based on the gym selected. Up to $300 annually for work boots and cold-weather gear. High-visibility apparel provided. Partial monthly cell phone reimbursement. Qualifications Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Clean driving record. No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related incidents within the last 5 years. Strong problem-solving skills and a dependable work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, active local environment.
