Join Our Team in Eau Claire, WI! Bayland Transport, a trusted leader in logistics, is seeking dedicated Drivers to join our growing team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As a Driver, you’ll operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) with reefer trailers , safely and efficiently delivering dairy products and limited touch freight to customers, including businesses and schools, primarily in West Central Wisconsin. What You’ll Do Safely operate a CMV with reefer trailers to transport dairy products and limited to no-touch freight. Deliver to customers, including businesses and schools, primarily in West Central Wisconsin. Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Work a typical 40–50-hour week with paid overtime . What We’re Looking For Education : High school diploma or equivalent. License : Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Experience : Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred. Certifications : Valid Medical Certificate. Age : Must be 21 years or older. Driving Record : No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 5 years. Zero motor vehicle violations in the past 12 months. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
