Follow this link to apply: myapps.kwiktrip.com Location: Department 1321 Shift: Variable Experience: Less than 1 year Average Yearly Pay Range: $65,000 - $127,000 In addition to base pay, our drivers have the ability to earn up to $9400 in quarterly incentive and safe driving bonuses, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Kwik Trip, Inc ., services our 900 convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, North and South Dakota. As a Driver for Kwik Trip, you are responsible for the safe and timely delivery and unloading of product being sent to store locations. On average Drivers make 4 to 8 stops per night at the Kwik Trip stores and average 1,300 miles per week. They are able to be home at the end of each shift and drive only the best equipment. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop. Benefits: Average Wage 92,000- Based on a 5-day work week running 60 hour clock Sign on Bonus up to $10,000 Quarterly Safe Driving Bonus/ Incentive bonus- Opportunity for $9,400 a year 401K 40% Profit Sharing Bonus 3 weeks paid vacation- first year- total of 4 weeks’ vacation after 1 year Paid Sick and Holiday Pay Boot Reimbursement Uniform Allowance Health, Dental, Vision benefits are offered Qualifications: Class A CDL with combination vehicle and air brakes endorsements- ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement Prior Class A commercial driving experience is a plus but not required Good driving record High level of customer service Accurate / detail orientated Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks Work well with others Work with minimal supervision Understand / accurately complete invoice paperwork Must be at least 21 years of age Candidate must live within both 60 minutes and 60 miles of Deforest, WI. Physical Qualifications: Sit up to 6 hours at a time; stand up to 2 hours at a time; bend/reach/twist/stoop/squat frequently; lift up to 75 pounds to waist level occasionally; lift up to 70 pounds to 60 inches occasionally; lift up to 40 pounds to 72 inches frequently; carry 90 pounds occasionally; push/pull up to 100 pounds of force occasionally; work in a safety conscious environment; work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions. Work Schedules: Our drivers will work a 4 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule. This means every 7 weeks you would have both Saturday and Sunday off. Drivers typically work up to 50-60 hours per week. Depending on needs, we offer an AM shift with leave times from 3am to 5:30 am and a PM shift with leave times from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm.
