Why AIMS Companies Over 600 employees and 600 pieces of equipment nationwide 18 facilities serving 4,000 customers Strong reputation for safety, training, and operational excellence Opportunities for advancement and skill development What You'll Do Operate hydro excavation trucks for potholing, trenching, tunneling, daylighting, and utility locating Manage high pressure water systems (up to 3000 PSI) Perform vacuum excavation and cleaning tasks safely and efficiently Complete service tickets, paperwork, and digital records Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures Work as part of a 2 person crew with strong communication Travel to job sites during the week; occasional overnight stays depending on project needs Minimum Requirements Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement Ability to operate required equipment 21 years old Able to communicate in English (verbal & written) Pass pre employment drug screen & background check CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Hydro excavation or vacuum truck experience Strong customer service and communication skills Problem solving and decision making ability Work Environment Outdoor work in all weather conditions Exposure to heat, cold, rain, chemicals, and job site hazards Must be able to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, etc.) Physical activity including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting Occasional overnight travel depending on project location Benefits: Benefits are available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).
