Drivers 1st is hiring experienced CDL A Solo OTR Drivers for a nationwide refrigerated operation. Run long cross-country hauls with pre-planned loads and 100% no-touch reefer freight. Stay out 3 weeks and enjoy 3 full days home. No Northeast or NYC routes. Expect consistent miles, strong weekly pay, and a family-run atmosphere backed by modern equipment.
- Pay & Benefits
• 57 CPM (70 MPH truck) or 60 CPM (65 MPH truck)
• $1,600 – $1,800 average weekly pay
• $80,000 – $90,000 average annually
• ½ CPM raise at 6 months
• 1 CPM raises at 1, 2, 4, 6 & 8+ years
