Drive a New 2025 Freightliner Cascadia/New 2025 589 Peterbilt We offer per-mile pay, starting all truck drivers at $0.59 per mile. Home most weekends Most OTR drivers will be on the road 1-2 weeks at a time, but they have the opportunity to stay out on the road longer if preferred OTR Van/Reefer Driver Responsibilities: Deliver products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills. Reefer experience preferred Benefits Package includes: 100% Company Paid Profit Sharing – fully vested on Year 7 100% Company Paid Long Term Disability 100% Company Paid Basic Term Life, $25K policy with matching AD&D $25K policy (two policies at zero cost to you) Paid $28.25 per hour for Breakdown / Maintenance Layover Pay is a flat rate of $150.00 (includes meals, hotel, rental car, etc.) if billable or dispatch error.
