It is not intended to supplement weeks where time off is taken for personal reasons or where availability requirements are not met. Weekly minimums are offered for a limited introductory period of ninety (90) days from the driver’s date of hire (start date). During this period, the minimum is supplemental in nature and is intended to support drivers as they become familiar with Carolina Tank Lines’ operational processes, customer-specific requirements, lanes of travel, and scheduling expectations. This guarantee applies only to drivers domiciled and operating in Virginia, specifically to support our client’s business needs in the Mount Crawford, VA area.
