Job Description:
We are immediately hiring a 2nd shift Customer Logistics Manager in Brownstown, MI for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The CLM (Driver Manager) is responsible for overseeing daily driver operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of customer freight. This role serves as the primary point of contact for drivers, balancing operational performance with driver satisfaction while meeting customer logistics requirements. Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience
Bonus: Quarterly retention bonuses
Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:00 pm- 11:00 pm
Performance Management, Driver Supervision & Support, Operations & Dispatch Coordination, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Monitor Hours of Service (HOS), driver logs, and vehicle inspections

The 2nd shift Customer Logistics Manager (Transportation) will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of salary and driver direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
