Job Description: We are immediately hiring a 2nd shift Customer Logistics Manager in Brownstown, MI for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The CLM (Driver Manager) is responsible for overseeing daily driver operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of customer freight. This role serves as the primary point of contact for drivers, balancing operational performance with driver satisfaction while meeting customer logistics requirements. Mainly responsible for the leadership of salary and driver direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
