Keep your truck clean and well-maintained, performing minor repairs as needed. Represent SRM with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service on every job. Valid Class B CDL and a proven record of safe driving. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. Excellent vision, hand-eye coordination, and physical fitness to perform all driving and maintenance tasks. Effective communication skills for working with dispatchers, coworkers, and customers. Reliable, organized, and able to manage time to meet delivery schedules. Positive, “go-getter” mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
