Job Description Job Description We are seeking Class A CDL drivers, including those with no prior driving experience, to begin their careers in our Regional fleet operating from Mobile, AL and serving the Gulf Coast and Southeastern United States. This position offers regional routes with weekly home time, competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, modern equipment, and a paid training program that provides the instruction and behind-the-wheel mentorship necessary to succeed. Position overview and pay: Weekly pay: $1,600–$1,800 via direct deposit Regional routes with a weekly home reset Drop-and-hook dry van freight Brand-new, fully equipped tractors Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers Benefits: Full benefits package 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) Must meet hiring and DOT requirements Minimum of 120 hours of driving school instruction completed This opportunity is well suited for new CDL-A holders who wish to begin working immediately after school and gain the experience needed to advance their driving careers.
