This position is perfect for drivers who want steady long-haul runs, industry-leading equipment, and flexible home time. Drive late-model trucks with modern amenities while hauling reefer freight nationwide. With routes pre-planned and no Northeast lanes or NYC, your focus stays on the miles ahead. Choose your truck speed and earn competitive CPM. Plus, orientation is paid and travel is covered! - Pay & Benefits: Earn $1,600–$1,800/week average Annual pay range of $80,000 – $90,000 Pay based on truck speed: 70 MPH = 57 CPM 65 MPH = 60 CPM All drivers start at 57 or 60 CPM regardless of experience Raises: ½ CPM at 6 months, 1 CPM at 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8+ years Drivers paid bi-weekly Paid orientation in Merrill, WI (flight and meals covered) - Equipment: Drive top-of-the-line, 2019 or newer models: Volvo 780, Kenworth T680, Freightliner Cascadia 450 HP Engines, Automatic Transmission Governed: 70 MPH (pedal), 65 MPH (cruise) Double bunks, APU, Inverter, Fridge, Microwave DirecTV & SiriusXM included Forward & driver-facing cameras (event triggered) Collision mitigation system Onboard navigation and communication tech Take your truck home – no slip seating Driver’s discretion chaining policy - Home Time & Routes: Out 4 weeks, home 4 days Nationwide OTR – No Northeast lanes or NYC Average 2,800 – 3,000 miles per week 100% No-touch freight 100% Refrigerated 40% drop and hook Long cross-country hauls (avg. 1,200 miles per load) Routes and loads are pre-planned - Minimum Requirements: Valid Class A CDL 2 years of experience in the last 4 years Must pass DOT physical and physical capabilities test CPAP compliance report required (if applicable) Comfortable using smartphone tech for communication - Call to Action: Ready to join a company that puts Drivers 1st?
