Owner Operators - Regional Truckers needed - CDL Class A - Intermodal ❮ back to last search Ensure Trucking Inc IL - Plainfield 60544 $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week Full time Apply for this job Benefits: Competitive salary Help or transport service Training & development 1 year of experience in Intermodal required The Intermodal Regional Driver position is a Truck driving position. As an Intermodal driver, you will be required to move containers (20 ft, 40ft, 53 ft) from the Chicago land railyard to customer locations. The driver will be required to strictly adhere to the Hours of Service via an Electronic Log Book Device. Drivers are regional (IL, WI, MI, IA, IN, IA, MN). Therefore are home daily, Monday through Friday, and weekend work is optional. Drivers will place safety as the number one priority while performing any work. The driver should be comfortable with technology and must be able to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues as they arise. Drivers must have excellent communication skills via phone, email, text, social media, and other communication methods. The driver must be able to handle long working hours and constantly changing priorities. Drivers must be punctual and be ready to work early hours to make their appointments. ALL DRIVERS ARE 1099. A Day in the Life
