Looking for reliable drivers willing to work. Safety benefits and vacation after 1 year. About the Job Your home time will depend on your location. Rest time is around 3/4 day for every two weeks out or three weeks out for one week off. The truck always must come back to Chicago during the reset for maintenance. We can pay for plane/travel to get you home during your reset. We can guarantee 3000 miles per week and pay CPM starting 0.70-0.80 depending on experience. Job Summary Contract Driver (1099, Solo) Dry Van OTR $2,000 gross total weekly avg. pay $0.75 - $0.75 CPM 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week No Driver Load/Unload No slip seating Home Time 5 - 21 expected days out You can stay out longer if you want to Get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked Home at least one weekend per month Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
