Holidays and Vacations for discussion Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Team) Dry Van OTR $3,500 total weekly avg. pay per team $0.55 - $0.65 CPM 5,000 - 7,000 avg. miles per week per team Line Haul No Driver Load/Unload No slip seating Home Time 14 expected days out Get 2 days of home time for every 14 days worked No guaranteed weekends home Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. A Day in the Life

A typical day as an OTR dry van driver starts early with a thorough pre-trip inspection of your tractor and enclosed trailer. You hit the interstate and cover 450 to 550 miles, stopping for fuel, meals, and mandated 30-minute breaks. Much of your day is spent on the open highway, managing your Hours of Service log and communicating with dispatch about your next load. At the end of your shift you park at a truck stop or rest area, settle into the sleeper berth, and prepare for another day on the road.
