Dispatching from our Greensboro terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Run with a driver-first carrier that prioritizes your safety, comfort, and financial growth. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). 1-Year of verifiable OTR or Regional tractor-trailer experience within the last 2 years. Proven professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards. Fleet Responsibilities Safely transport dry van freight across our national 48-state shipping lanes. Efficiently manage pre-loaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with zero load touch. Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with safety regulations. Structured Compensation & Rewards Experienced Driver Pay: Top-tier earning potential of $1,750 to $2,000 weekly average, paying a highly competitive $0.71 CPM. Refresher Pay Phase: We offer a guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 for qualified drivers transitioning back to active OTR operations. Guaranteed Home Time: Enjoy predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every single weekend for your 34-hour reset. Premium Fleet Equipment: Drive brand-new 2025 and 2026 Freightliners fully equipped with sleeper APUs, power inverters, and refrigerators.
