Shelby Materials is looking for professional CDL Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable, safety‑focused drivers who consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers. About the Role: As a Ready-Mix Truck Driver you are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to our customers. This role is done in all environments and weather conditions while requiring frequent climbing, lifting, and working on uneven terrain. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough DOT pre and post trip inspections, including raising and lowering the hood. Review delivery tickets for every load to ensure accurate product and location. Drive to job sites, unload concrete, and return to the yard multiple times per day. Communicate professionally with customers and the ready-mix dispatch team. Maintain a clean truck, including washing out the drum after unloading each time. CDL Driver Qualifications: Be at least 19 years old Possess a valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement Possess and maintain a clean driving record About Shelby Materials: Shelby Materials delivers high-quality concrete, on-time and in-spec, to a wide variety of customers and jobs.
