Job Description

CDL Class A/B Driver Location: Campbellsburg, IN Schedule: Full-Time (Local Routes) Pay: $18 – $21/hour Full Benefits Package Included Position Summary We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A/B Driver to support agronomy operations in Campbellsburg, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of local driving, equipment operation, and hands-on work in an agricultural environment. As a CDL Class A/B Driver, you will play a key role in delivering agricultural products safely and efficiently while supporting equipment maintenance and daily branch operations. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks (manual transmission) in a safe and efficient manner Deliver fertilizers, crop protection products, and seed to customers and branch locations Safely transport and handle anhydrous ammonia Load and unload materials using forklifts and skid loaders Conduct routine inspections and assist with basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, office, and grounds Support team operations with additional duties as assigned Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $18 – $21/hour Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and AD&D insurance Short-term and long-term disability ​​​​​​​ Qualifications Required: Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A or B preferred) Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment ​​​​​​​ Preferred: Hazmat endorsement Experience in agriculture, farming, or agronomy Basic mechanical knowledge Experience operating forklifts and skid loaders Physical Requirements Ability to lift 60 lbs on a regular basis Capable of bending, sitting, and reaching overhead throughout the day Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical exam Additional Information This CDL Class A/B Driver role may evolve based on business needs. Team members are expected to remain flexible and contribute to overall operational success.
