Permanent Highway Technician 1 (HT1) - Class A or Class B CDL With Tanker Endorsement - Cuyahoga County - West Side (Cleveland) - PNs\: 20057134 & 20057118 What You Will Do: As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to: Serve the public and contribute to making Ohio's roads safer. Perform a variety of highway maintenance activities, such as flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, and mowing. Participate in snow and ice operations to ensure safe travel during winter conditions. All bargaining unit new hires must serve a one (1) year probationary period. Position will be filled pursuant to the provisions of the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract. The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
