Fleet expansion now opens up immediate spots for Class A CDL drivers, as well as recent truck school graduates. Expect a solid $1,200 – $1,500 weekly average, consistent miles, and a clear, mileage-based career path up to $0.65 CPM with home time every other week. Paid on-the-job training ($900/week) is available for recent grads ready to jumpstart their career. Pay & Bonuses Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly gross. Starting Mileage: $0.50 CPM up to $0.65 CPM based on experience. Monthly Bonus: Up to an extra $0.06 CPM based on miles. Home Time & Freight Home Time: Home every other week for a full 48-hour home reset. Weekly Miles: Consistent 1,700 – 2,200 miles per week. The Work: Steady, year-round refrigerated freight. No seasonal slowdowns. Paid Company Training (For Trainees / Recent Grads) Earn $800/week during 4–6 weeks of company on-the-job training. Must have already completed a minimum 120-hour CDL school program. Move directly into your own truck once training is complete. General Requirements Valid CDL-A required before start. Must be at least 21 years old. 6+ months experience OR a recent CDL school graduate (120-hour minimum program). Clean MVR. Background & Drug Screen Qualifications Employment History: Looking for drivers with a stable work history and manageable employment gaps.
